Wood Duck Gear Exchange Inspection

Passed Wood Duck inspection. We checked the frameless back panel, shoulder harness, sternum strap, buckles and adjustment hardware, all zippers, pockets, compression straps, haul and gear attachment points, and pack bottom and interior. Everything is fully functional with no structural issues.

Wear & Repairs

Known wear: Light scuffing on the interior of the main compartment — cosmetic only, no impact on function. No repairs, patches, or modifications. All hardware intact.

36 L capacity. Built as a climbing and cragging daypack — ideal for the crag, trail approaches, and casual day hikes. Frameless design keeps it light and packable, but doesn't offer the load-transfer support of an internal-frame backpacking pack. Best suited for loads up to ~20 lbs. Fits a wide range of torso lengths; unisex cut.
