At Wood Duck Gear Exchange, we carefully select and inspect the outdoor gear we sell, with an emphasis on quality pre-owned equipment.

Because much of our inventory is unique, pre-owned, or sold on consignment, all sales are final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Final Sale Policy

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or fit, personal preference, or a product no longer being needed.

This policy applies to new, pre-owned, and consignment merchandise purchased online or in-store.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, photographs, measurements, and condition information carefully before purchasing. Customers shopping in-store are welcome to inspect items before completing their purchase.

Pre-Owned & Consignment Gear

Pre-owned equipment may show signs of previous use, including cosmetic wear, aging, repairs, or other characteristics described in the product listing.

We make reasonable efforts to inspect and accurately describe the condition of the gear we sell.

Disclosed wear or other characteristics accurately represented at the time of sale are not, by themselves, grounds for a return.

New Merchandise & Manufacturer Warranties

New merchandise is also final sale for change of mind or personal preference.

Some new products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us so we can help review the issue and identify the appropriate next steps.

Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product and does not replace any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Something Not Quite Right?

We do our best to accurately inspect and describe every piece of gear we sell. If you discover an undisclosed issue, an inaccurate description, or a product defect, please get in touch.

We'll review the situation and work toward a fair resolution, while honouring your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or waives any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
